Evo anunciou que as eleições foram realizadas em 5 de outubro de 2014 Não há dúvida de que gere a Corte Nacional Eleitoral, esta instituição é tão politizada que é o presidente que define a data das eleições, quando estas instituições devem ser totalmente independentes, se falamos de democracia , vergonha e ainda por cima para a frente quem vai ganhar com 74% dos votos, por isso não haverá garantias para uma eleição transparente.
